The 2015 AAHC Research Meeting was themed The Obesity Epidemic and Emerging Trends in Health Science Research. This meeting program focused on the science of obesity, with additional sessions on “big data,” population health, and new funding sources and trends.

AAHCI worked with Peking University in Beijing, China, to bring together a wide variety of leaders from the region to discuss critical issues and pressing global concerns of academic health centers. The meeting was themed “Cultivating Health Professions for the 21st Century” and included a networking reception on Wednesday, a banquet on Thursday, and a supplementary tour on Friday.

Restructuring the Missions
