This year’s SAFO meeting program will focus on the financial and business aspects of Culture and Change Management, exploring how academic health centers and other industries are fiscally and operationally approaching culture transformation, human capital, and ongoing institutional change. Meeting sessions will address topics such as strategic diversity, faculty engagement, governance and administration, recruitment and retention, and other challenging aspects of cultural and institutional change.
