The executive leadership groups of the Forum on Regulation and Legal Counsel will be meeting jointly for their Fall meeting.  Critical issues will be addressed, including clinical trial policy, HIPAA and other new security and privacy concerns, health reform, new additions to the Clinical Trials Administration Toolkit (e.g., auditing), new regulatory areas for examination (e.g., risks with human anatomical specimens in education and research.  Have your chief compliance officer and general counsel register!  Stay tuned!
