July 12, 2017

The AAHCI Aligned Institutional Mission (AIM) Program™ focuses on improving the alignment of academic health centers and focuses on five core components: mission alignment, internal accountability, external accountability, interprofessional education and practice, and knowledge sharing. This webinar will explore the topic of internal accountability within academic health centers, with discussion around measures of the impact of the aligned academic health center on its patients, students, faculty, and alumni. The speakers will discuss important facets of internal accountability, findings thus far in the AIM program, and recommendations for pilot sites to think about. Webinar attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions about internal accountability and the AIM Program.
